Failures and maintenance
In case we have failures or planned maintenance we will notify you on this page. If you are facing a problem which is related to reported problems or maintenance below we kindly ask you not to contact our helpdesk. We are working on a solution.
If we are planning individual server maintenance we will sent an e-mail to the e-mail address known in the Ensim control panel (you can change it yourselves).

Because we want to install and activate a new important kernel update we are forced to reboot all our servers (dutch/yourwww/resellers/business) this week.
The reboots will be done between 06:00 and 07:00 and will take about 5 minutes.
